SB44 Working Paper
Coalition members Chisa Umemiya (IGES) and Michael Gillenwater (GHGMI) have produced a working paper entitled “Can We Expect A Transformative Shift In International Capacity Building After Paris? Observations From Party Submissions.” This paper has been prepared for the May 2016 Subsidiary Body meetings in Bonn (SB44) and looks at submissions from four Parties on topics related to capacity building. The paper concludes by pushing for larger-scale thinking on scaling up capacity building for the successful implementation of the Paris Agreement.
